You and your assets

On death you will want your assets to go to the right people with minimum of fuss. It’s the same for all of us, yet so few of us make the necessary plans to ensure that this happens.

If you have financial dependents, businesses, or properties abroad it is even more important to plan ahead.

As a starting point you should make a Will. You should then consider provision for those left behind and the impact of Inheritance Tax.
